We use Zeolite to pressurize oxygen in compressed air. PSA systems are easy to operate and require a minimum of maintenance and service. We uses only high quality components and our systems are designed for 24 hours, 365 days a year operation.
PSA:Nitrogen molecules will be adsorbed by zeolite in compressed air. We uses two columns with molecular sieves to ensure continuous production. 6 bar (g) dry compressed air feed one column of the generator where the pressure is built. N2 is tied to a molecular sieve during the building of pressure, and the O2 is allowed to pass through to the Oxygen receiver tank.
While pressure is build in one vessel, the second remains standby without pressure. A part of the produced gas will be used to purge the molecule sieves in the standby adsorption column. Zeolite is inside the adsorption column. The molecule sieves can be fully
regenerated in Generators
a) Trouble-free Installation
When PSA system is being installation, customer will only need to provide Public auxiliary facilities such as hard ground, industrial power supply and ventilation.
b) Small Footprint
Compact structure with very small footprint, we have huge advantages not only on the land, but also for the environment who has harsh requirements for space. (Marine)
c) Stable Running Pressure
The type of oxygen generators is several columns in parallel. Each set of valves is controlled by PLC. It has advantages not only for small footprint, but also for stable outlet pressure and flow.
d) High-quality material selected
Our system only uses high-quality components, our system can run continuously for 24 hours, 365 days. Running of our device is very reliable. We have strict test for each item before delivery; and we have product testing report.
e) Complete after-sale service
Our service team can be reached 24hours 7 days a week, we can give customers timely feedback regards to the problem encountered by our customers with on-site generators.
1. Oxygen yield: 1~240Nm3/h
2. Oxygen purity: 25%~95%
3. Oxygen pressure: 0.1~0.6MPa
4. Dew point of oxygen: ≤ -43 ℃ (Special requirements can be below -60 ℃)
