FAQ
1. normal supply of power supply, air source and temperature conditions required by the machine and normal opening and closing; especially, the stable power supply voltage, nitrogen making machine Oxygen generator reduces damage to controller and solenoid valve due to power supply problems. 2. pay attention to the pressure of air storage tank at any time, keep the pressure of air storage tank between 0.7-0.75mpa, and do not lower than the rated value 3. check the automatic drain every day to avoid blocking and losing the drainage function. If it is blocked, open the manual valve slightly, close the self draining valve, then remove the automatic drain, and disassemble and clean. When cleaning the automatic drain, use soap foam to clean. Strictly prohibit the use of gasoline, toluene, pine perfume and other corrosive solutions. 4. the operator shall regularly inspect the pressure gauge on the machine, make a daily record of the pressure change for equipment failure analysis, observe the flowmeter and nitrogen / oxygen purity at any time to maintain the nitrogen / oxygen purity of the gas. Carry out operation and daily maintenance according to the requirements of the instrument operation code, check the sensitivity of solenoid valve / pneumatic valve, pressure range of pressure regulating valve, accuracy of gas analyzer, compression of adsorption tower, exhaust condition of muffler, cleaning degree of inner pipe of flowmeter, etc!
